1. Paper trading only
Paper Trader is a simulation tool for educational purposes. All trades are simulated using virtual funds. No real money is ever placed into markets through this application. Paper Trader is not a brokerage, exchange, or investment adviser.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in Paper Trader — including analytics, P&L data, strategy results, or leaderboard rankings — constitutes financial or investment advice. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results in live markets. Any educational content published on this site, including articles and guides, is intended for general informational purposes only and does not take into account your personal financial situation; it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified financial professional.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $20/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Product keys
Each subscription entitles you to one product key for personal use. You may not resell, share, or transfer your key. Keys found to be used by multiple accounts will be deactivated without refund.
5. Monthly Circuit competition
The Monthly Circuit is a simulated trading competition. Prize money, if offered, is at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. A minimum of 5 trading days in the calendar month is required to qualify for prizes. Decisions about winners are final.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through automated or fraudulent means
- Reverse-engineer or redistribute the application
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
7. Service availability
We provide Paper Trader on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uptime of cloud sync or price feed availability. The core desktop app functions offline and is not dependent on our servers.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
